Sales and Service Advisor
Location: Total Truck, Anchorage Alaska
Hours: Full time
Total Truck/Alaska Overlander is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative who can provide essential support to our sales team and enhance our sales efficiency as we continue to grow.
As our Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for many of our customers in-store, as well as a guiding hand in managing phone and email leads. While experience in sales is a plus, it is not a requirement. What's most important to us is your enthusiasm and knowledge of truck upfitting and the off-road industry.
- Responsibilities include:
- Managing initial customer contact and guiding them to the right sales department.
- Delivering high-quality pre- and post-sales support.
- Responding to basic customer queries via phone, email, and online chat.
- Unloading trucks and checking in orders
- Multitasking and performing additional duties as required.
- Job Requirements:
- Passion and knowledge of the automotive and off-road industries.
- General computer skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Great team player with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multitasking.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and open to constructive feedback.
Total Truck Warehouse and Parts Expeditor
Position: Total Truck Warehouse and Parts Expeditor
Location: Total Truck, Anchorage Alaska
Hours: Part-time (24 - 30 hours per week) OR Full–time (40 hours per week)
- Responsibilities:
- Receive and inventory shipments
- Tag product and message customer.
- Drive Forklift and organize storage
- Pull parts and stage for technicians
- Support technicians on installs and Detailers
- Support Sales team as necessary
- Provide shop support to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace (e.g., empty garbage, run errands for parts).
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the industry or related field ideal
Knowledge: Familiarity with 4x4 and overland vehicle components (preferred but not required).
- Skills:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable with aftermarket part installation,.
- Must be outgoing, friendly and able to interact with customers as needed to support other staff.
- Basic Computer skills needed
- Safety-oriented.
- Valid driver's license.
- Able to operate forklift or be open to trained
Availability: Monday - Sat, 8 am - 5 pm.
Pay: $13.50 - $18.50 per hour based on experience.
Alaska Overlander Detailer
Position: Detailer
Location: Total Truck Alaska, Anchorage, Alaska
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Responsibilities:
- Detail Alaska Overlander rigs and prepare them for rental
- Keep workspace and workshop clean and organized.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training
- Requirements:
- Safely use and assist in the maintenance of all detail equipment.
- Hold a valid driver license and have reliable transportation.
- Above all, be a self-starter with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills:
Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial .
Communication Skills:
Customer Interaction: Technicians often interact with customers, so good communication skills are important.
Teamwork: Ability to work well with other team members.
Passion for Off-Roading:
While not a strict requirement, a genuine interest in off-roading and adventure vehicles can be a big plus.
Work Hours & Compensation:
This is a full time position performed at our Anchorage location
Compensation will be paid hourly with a starting range of $18/hour based upon experience.
